He is survived by: his parents, Seth Leroy and Vivian M Pennington (Porter); his wife Betty Heaston; and his brothers, Elmer Dale Pennington (Linda) of Branson, MO, Eddie Joe Pennington of Putna Gorda, FL and John Earl Pennington of Clifton Hill. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, two step granchildren, several nieces and nephews.
