He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Stegall and Ethyl Stegall (Robbins); his daughter Robin Apel; and his brothers, Robert, Dwight and Gerald Stegall.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Stegall (Fuller); and his children, Patti Colby of Jeffersonville, PA, Elaine Stegall of Kansas City, MO, Duane Stegall of Huntsville, MO and Marla Stegall of Moberly. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
