She was predeceased by: her parents, James Goff and Grace Goff (Roberts); her husband David Crutchfield; her sons, David Crutchfield Jr. and Arthur James Crutchfield; her grandchildren, Pam Cuijko, James Allen, Rick Crutchfield, Debbie and Nancy Crutchfield; her siblings, Isla Wicks, Pauline Wallace, Earl, Cyrus, Archie, Burl, Ralph and Charles Goff; and her daughters-in-law, Jennie Crutchfield (Chloupek), Carolyn Crutchfield (Stringer) and Margie Crutchfield (Thorpe).
She is survived by: her sons, Jack Crutchfield (Martha), Jerry Crutchfield (Neta) and Larry Crutchfield (Joyce); her daughter-in-law Glenda Crutchfield; and her niece Cheryl. She is also survived by 100 grandchildren, great grandchildren great- great grandchildren, nephews, nieces.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Sugar Creek Cemetery Association.
