She is survived by: her husband Bobby Chick; her children, Loretta Lynn Chick of Fayette and Bobby L Chick of Boonville; and her siblings, Connie Perkins of Moberly, Nora Black of Rush Hill and Chuck Black of Oklahoma. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
