He is survived by: his wife Wanda Tolson; his children, Anthony Tolson, Michael J. Fugate (Danielle), Carl Fugate (Kiersten), Marjorie Haney and Vickie Brown; his sister-in-law Rosie Stephens; and his close friend Gary Cason. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
