She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Carr (Newsem) and Roy Carr; her husband Moberly Police Chief; and her siblings, Tom Carr, Amber Hogan and Annie Davis.
She is survived by: her former husband Wesley Price Slavens; her daughters, Donna Lack (Roy) of Scottsdale, AZ and Bonnie Stout (Joe); her grandchildren, Steven Lack (Rachel) of Phoenix, AZ, Sherilyn Gourley (Todd) of Fort Collins, CO and Carolyn Moore of Stillwater, OK; and her great grandchild Henry Lack. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
