It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reta Mae Yates of Moberly, Missouri, who passed away on December 10, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hofen and Allie E. Hofen (Seamster); her husband Harvey Dale Yates; her daughter Sharon Jackson; her brother Edwin Hofen; and her nephew Phillip Hofen.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Perrin of Blue Springs, Missouri and Don Yates (Wilma) of Kirksville, Missouri; her son-in-law Don Jackson of Huntsville, Missouri; her sister-in-law Karen Hofen of Apache Junction, Arizona; her close friend Charlie Martin of Moberly, Missouri; her grandchildren, Mike Jackson (Sara) of Moberly, Lynn McAlpin (Gregg) of Columbia, Troy Dailey (Pamela) of Terrell, Tamara Price (Victor) of Columbia, Jason Yates and Betsy Yates of Des Moines, Iowa; her great grandchildren, Harper Dailey, Matthew Price, Allison McAlpin, Victoria McAlpin, Katie Jackson, Jacob Jackson, Hallie Yates and Conrad Yates; her nephew Brian Hofen (Deliece) of Olathe, Kansas; and her great-nephews, Braden and Zachery.
Due to our sensitive demographic of visitors the wearing of face masks will be required to be worn and social distancing practices will be requested when possible during both visitation and funeral.
