Robert E. Halley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2020, Robert E. Halley of Moberly, Missouri passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert E. Halley to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Halley and Lucy Halley; his brother Elmer Halley (Sallie); and his sister-in-law Marie Bagby (Tyson). He is survived by: his wife Velma; his children, Kathy Rieser (Ken) and Jim Halley (Claudia); his grandson Marc Holloway (Katie); and his sister Barbara Henderson (Ray). He is also survived by great grandson, two step-grandsons and one step granddaughter and several step-great grandchildren.
Because of the current Covid-19 health situation, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
