He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughter Lindsey of Dallas, TX; and his siblings, Pat of Olathe, KS, Mike of Moberly, MO, Shan of Kansas City, MO and Marilee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and an abundance of friends.
