He was predeceased by: his parents, Murl Norris and Lizzie Norris (Ferguson); his wife Doris Hess; his son Ronnie "Doodle" Norris; and his close friend Mae Soto.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Norris (Kerry) of Warrenton, MO, Peggy Davis (Kameron) of Moberly, Johnny Norris (Sarah) of Moberly, Jennifer McElwee (Travis) of Moberly and Scott Maxwell of Hannibal, MO; and his daughter-in-law Kelly of Moberly. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
