It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roscoe Earl Turner (Moberly, Missouri), born in Winigan, Missouri, who passed away on October 19, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershal Turner and Pearl Turner (Childers); his former wife Marie Burk; his wife Naomi Schultz; and his siblings, Jaunita Hunter, Wilma Williams, Janelle Mundell, Clifford, Bill and Roger Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie Troyer (Jeff) of Jacksonville, MO and Rick Turner (Pat) of High Hill, MO; his grandchildren, Malissa Davis (Jonathon), Megan Shepherd (Terry), Tiffany Turner, Christopher Turner (Amber) and Shelley Turner; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Tyler Davis, Hilly Shepherd and Ellowyn Turner; and his sister Wanda Warbritton of Paris, MO. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews, Relatives.
