He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Shannon and Audria Shannon; and his siblings, Lonnie, Ed Shannon and Lorene Bolin.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Farris; his mother-in-law Marie Farris of Moberly; his stepchildren, Terra Skinner (William) of Huntsville, Jason Harrison (Laura) of Monroe City and Kathy Jordan (Elliot) of Berkley, CA; his siblings, Bill Shannon, Tony Shannon, Audria Arnett and Ella Mae Shannon; his grandchildren, Jamie Shannon, Timothy Shannon and Tiffany Vidaurri; his stepgrandchildren, Justin Skinner (Savanah) of Huntsville, Michael Skinner (Amanda) of Hannibal, James Jordan of Berkley, CA and Aurelia Jordan; and his great grandchildren, Lukas Skinner and David Skinner.
