It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vongene A. Maupin of Moberly, Missouri, born in Columbia, Missouri, who passed away on April 14, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Lee Stone and Ruth Knipp Stone; her husband Harold Maupin; and her sisters, Pat Nichols and Henrietta Foster.
She is survived by: her children, Gina Copas (Bobby) of Moberly, Cheryl Cable (Coder) of Moberly and Cody Maupin (Crystal) of Moberly; and her brother R. L. Stone (Ruth) of Monroe City. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
