He is survived by: his mother Irene Crabtree (White) of Grassvalley, CA; his wife Jackie Lusby of Moberly; his stepmother Louise Crabtree of Moberly; his children, Lyle Crabtree (Lakayla) of Moberly and Alexia Crabtree of Moberly; his grandchildren, Amia of Moberly and Kingston Crabtree of Moberly; and his brother Pat Mulligan (Pam) of Idaho. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
