He was predeceased by: his father John Horstman; and his sister Sharon Miller. He is survived by: his mother Pat Horstman (Hall) of Mokane; his children, Luke Horstman of Mokane, Landon Horstman of Mokane and DeLaney Horstman of Mokane; and his siblings, Michael Horstman (Treasa) of Auxvasse and Nancy McCarthy (Leo) of Mokane. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
