He is survived by: his wife Gaby Rodriguez; his children, Erasmo Rodriguez, Susana Salas, Nick Rodriguez, John Rodriguez, Juana Rodriguez, Pedro Rodriguez, Oralia Rodriguez, Margarita and Socorro Rodriguez; and his siblings, Pablo Rodriguez, Agapito Rodriguez, Ruben Rodriguez, Elio Rodriguez, Maximina Rodriguez, Modesta Rodriguez, Ofrasia Rodriguez, Angeles Rodriguez and Norma Rodriguez.
