She was predeceased by: her parents, Dillard Tibbets and Susie Tibbets (McCullough); her husband Virgil; her son Harold Eugene Lillegard; and her stepson Gary Lillegard Sr..

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Amy Wilson of Madison, Robert Lillegard and Gary Lillegard Jr.. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
