She was predeceased by: her father Melvin Creech; and her brothers-in-law, Ron Harris and James Lee. She is survived by: her mother Ava Creech (Jones) of Monett; her husband Ron Lee of Monett; her sons, Jeff Lee of Aurora and Chris Lee (Amanda) of Monett; her grandchildren, Tyler, Mason and Gracyn; her brother Lonnie Creech (Madonna) of Monett; her siblings-in-law, Ernest Lee (Leona) of Jenkins, Judy Harris of Cassville and Rhoda Lee of Seligman; and her friend Janice Courdin of Monett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Carol to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and entrusted to the White Funeral Home and Crematory, P.O. Box 890, Cassville, MO 65625.
