He is survived by: his siblings, Lindell Lugar (Jeanette) of Monett and Mary McNutt of Broken Arrow, OK; and his siblings' children, Chad Lugar (Abby) of Republic, Paul Kingrey of Tulsa, OK and Jami Lugar of Ozark, MO..
