She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira B. and Eula K. Karr (Hughes); her son-in-law Joe Hicks; and her siblings, Ira Karr, Jr., Grace Hymes and Pat O'Dell.
She is survived by: her husband Gayle Bruner; her children, Gayle Lynn Bruner Hicks of Monett, John Michael Bruner (Agnes) of Monett, Diana Kay Meyer (Bill) of Monett and Lisa Ann Fust (Dennis) of Humansville, MO; her brother Larry Karr; her grandchildren, Jaclyn Gliedt (Jordan), Michael Bruner (Amanda), Andrea Bruner and Harriett Gayle Meyer; and her great grandchildren, Cameron Gliedt and Aiden Courtney.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions have been suggested to the Community Kitchen in care of the funeral home.
