He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Swearingen and Alphia Swearingen (Henderson); and his siblings, Gallen, Dayton Swearingen, Wilma Davis, Marge Reahl, Virginia Buntin, Mildred Garrett and Sharon Allen.
He is survived by: his adoptive daughters, Wanda Hinkle and Robyn Adams; his wife Glenna; and his daughters, Wanda Hinkle of Monett and Robyn Adams of Osage Beach. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations for Jerry may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Stroke Association.
