She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward E. Sharkey and Mildred V. Coleman Sharkey; her husband Richard "Dick" W. Gottman; and her son Troy Gottman. She is survived by : her children, Doug Gottman of Monroe City, MO and Lisa Gottman Denish Hewett of Monroe City, MO; her brothers, Mervin Sharkey and Donnie Sharkey (Archella) of Hannibal, MO; her brother-in-law Wendell Gottman (Pat) of Sarasota, FL; her sisters, Joyce Hirner (Chuck) of Hannibal, MO, Susie Murphy (David) of Hannibal, MO and Jill Atkins (Lee) of Hannibal, MO; her sister-in-law Libbi Smith of Memphis, TN; her grandchildren, Susanne Beer (James), Eddie Denish (Natalie) and Heidi Denish; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Samuel, Emmiline and Fiona. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
