She is survived by : her children, Paula Jackson, Gary Schaffer and Scott Schaffer (Lisa); and her siblings, Marjorie O'Donel, Phylis Foster, Rita Smith, Larry Smith, David Smith (Mary Lou), Pat Smith (Phylis), Carl Smith (Donna) and John Smith (Barbara). She is also survived by three grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
