We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2020, at the age of 79, James Richard Smith of Montgomery City, Missouri, born in Birmingham, Alabama passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Richard Smith to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Hugh F. Smith and Naomi Banister Smith; his wife Patricia Ann Virciglio; and his brothers, Robert and Frederick Smith.

He is survived by : his children, Heather Ann Strange (Keith) of Montgomery City, MO, Rebecca Hilario (Ronnie) of Riverside, CA and James Smith, Jr. of St. Ann, MO; and his sister Jo Anne McGee (Charles). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
