It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ivy Whitaker (Monticello, Missouri), born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on May 3, 2020, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Les, Ivy Mann of Leonard, Paternal, John and Madeline Davidson of Quincy; and her cousin Amanda Thomas.
She is survived by: her mother Mary Davidson of Shelbyville, MO; her close friend Geoffrey Whitaker; her husband Geoffrey of Monticello; her father Tom Davidson; her brother John; her sister-in-law Bethany Davidson of Leonard, MO; her parents-in-law, Tony and Ronda Whitaker of Lewistown; and her brother-in-law Douglas (Courtney Whitaker) of LaGrange, MO. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Due to the covid pandemic, she didn't get to have the wedding she had planned for April 18, but happily said "I Do" to her best friend/soulmate, Geoffrey Whitaker, on March 27, 2020 at the Macon MO courthouse.
