He was predeceased by : his parents, Milton Irwin and Marjorie Marie Blacketter Garner; and his sister Pamela Garner. He is survived by : his wife Mary L. Garner of Monticello; his children, Cynthia Dawn Garner of St. Louis, MO, Tara Beth Garner of Dallas, TX and Anthony Strunk of Canton, MO; his grandchildren, Dalton Geoffry Garner of Hannibal, MO, Krystyn P. Sarten of LaGange, MO and Tabitha Danielle Brumbaugh of Bevier, MO; his son-in-law Jaxyn Garner of Dallas, TX; his friend Sherrill Lynn Fury of La Grange, MO; his brother-in-law Larry J. Cole of Canton, MO; his nephew Ethan Cole of Canton, MO; and his nieces, Ane Hull of Worden, IL, Crystal Lewis of Mt. Sterling, IL, Taylor Cole of Canton, MO and Clarie Cole of Canton, MO. He is also survived by several cousins and other relatives.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there will be a private family service at the Davis Funeral Home in Canton, MO.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Lewis County Health Department.
