She was predeceased by : her mother Betty Fields (Warner). She is survived by : her significant other Carroll Ray Stone; her father Rev. Donald Fields of Moscow Mills; her sisters, Rebecca Fields of Moscow Mills and Linda Fields of Moscow Mills; her stepson Daniel Stone of Germany; and her stepgranddaughter Angelina. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
