He is survived by : his parents, Herbert Beggs and Mary Ann Beggs (Henning) of Mound City; his wife Janice Lee Beggs (Clark) of Mound City; his stepdaughter Holly Webster (Joe Stiegmann) of Hamburg, Iowa; his sister Linda Scheve of Springfield, Missouri; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Clark of Stockton, Diane Hayes (Clark) of Anthem, Arizona, Marvin Southard of Tarkio and Harry Hamilton; his stepgrandsons, Donald Parsons (Stephanie) of Rock Port and Clayton Parsons; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Dreyton, Daxton Parsons and Jessica Parsons.
