She was predeceased by: her friend Mary; her parents, Corban Whipple and Nora Whipple; her sons, David Henry Wieland Jr. and Robert Roy Wieland; her great grandchild Izaiah Salyer; and her siblings, Lois Miller, Margie Cameron, Margaret Burks, Ida Mae Webber, Lorine Roberts, David Whipple, Charles Whipple, Lillian Woods and Wilma Ptacek.

She is survived by: her husband David H. Wieland (Senior); her sister Pauline Long; her granddaughters, Cinthia Ashley (Gary), Angela Hull (William), Amie Wieland-Fenimore (Gary), Christina Martin (Thomas) and Terrah Wieland (Neal); her great grandchildren, Savannah Leamon (Zach), Christopher Ashley, Michael Smith (Beth), Madalaine Ashley, Jaydon Piburn, Zackery Smith, Evan Wieland, Joslin Martin, Emily Piburn, Alana Lovelace, Nathaniel Gervol, Conner Smith, Briana Rivers, Samantha Lasure, Sklyer Lasure and Soraya Martin; and her great great grandchildren, Averie Leamon and Harper Leamon.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home (10507 Holmes Rd, Kansas City, MO 64131). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Mount Moriah Cemetery South (10507 Holmes Rd, Kansas City, MO 64131).
