Rupp (Mount Sterling, Missouri), born in Hermann, Missouri, who passed away on February 17, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rupp and Edna Rupp. He is survived by: his daughter Jane; his sibling's children, Doris Beckman (David) of Florissant and John Drusch of St. Peters; Terry Ragan.
