He is survived by: his children, Susan Johnson, Catherine Johnson and Michael Johnson (Jennifer) of Joplin; and his stepchildren, Doressa Davis (Joe) of Mt. Vernon, Phyllis Thomas (Anthony) of Springfield and Roger Harvey (Marketa) of Rocky Comfort. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
