He is survived by: his spouse Helen Coggin (Paris); and his sons, Carl Victor Coggin (Valerie), Keith Alan Coggin (Patricia) and Jeffrey Wayne Coggin (Debra). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
