He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel Beasley; his daughter Jane Michelle Vanslyke; and his sister Joyce Smith. He is survived by: his children, Renee Moore of Neosho, Karen Jester (Jimmy) of Tipton, MO and Calvin Beasley (Anita) of Neosho; his sisters, Wanda Vaughn of Edmond, MO and Frankie Adams of Okemah, OK; and his grandchildren, Brian Treadwell, Phil Treadwell, Andy Beasley, Calli Beasley, Ashley Jones, Nicole Jester, Dakota Vanslyke, Morgan Reyes, Kenzie Moore, Brittany Spencer and Madison Vanslyke.
