He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Edward and Cleva Marie Lowe (Pressley); his daughters, Kelly Bell (Kenneth) of Diamond, MO and Kimberly Frencken (Don) of Neosho, MO; his brother Gene Lowe (Pam) of Sedalia, MO; his grandchildren, Kaleb Bell (Kelli), Kourtney Bell-Ames (Steve), Kathleen Bell and Karsen Bell; his great grandchildren, Julian, Blakilynn and Kooper; and his brother Bill Robbins.
