He is survived by: his children, David James Hofer, II of Neosho, Debbie Coburn (Mike) of Vista, CA and Deanna Peirsol (Gary) of Neosho; and his siblings, Robert of Las Vegas, NV and Marguerite. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
