She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Capps and Flora E. Capps (Monroe); and her husband James S. Buchanan. She is survived by: her children, James W. Chatman, Jr. of Neosho, Ira Douglas Chatman (Deborah) of Mt. Home, Arkansas, Steven Chatman (Catherine) of Davis, California, Laura Chatman of Neosho and Brian Chatman (Julie) of Columbia; her grandchildren, Micaela Chatman, Ariel Kleczewski, Clelland Chatman, Kyle Chatman, Sarah Vercruysse, Lillian Harr and Clayton Chatman; and her great grandchildren, Arthur Chatman, Matilda Chatman, Adam Vercuysse and Lucy Kleczewski.
