He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Owen and Irene Owen (Boley); and his siblings, Larry and Wilda. He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Brady; his children, Wayne Owen (Debbie) of Rogers, AR, Toni Evey (Sank, Neosho) and Carmen Anderson (Kelly, Shell Knob); and his siblings, Sam Owen of Rogers, AR, Bernie Owen, Donna Hughes of Rogers, AR, Debra Hancock and Neosho. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
