He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank B., Sr. and Juanita McCullough (Darr); his sibling's children, Joshua Preston, Jason McCullough and Margaret Ann; and his great-niece Maelie.
He is survived by: his wife Carmen; his children, Ashley Siler (Will) of Granby, Shane McCullough (Nicole) of Cincinnati, OH, Carah McCullough and Zac Schuler of Neosho; his grandchildren, Savanah, Brady, Emery Siler, Zach, Abby McCullough and Wilder Schuler; and his siblings, Jeryn Preston (Mark) and Steve McCullough of Neosho.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to help with medical expenses for Carmen and those may be sent to Clark Funeral Home, PO Box 66, Neosho, MO 64850.
