He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Tice and Cora Tice (Humphrey); and his children, Gary Schell Tice and Michelle Tice. He is survived by: his spouse Ileen Oltmanns; his children, Troy Garrow (Teresa) of Olathe, KS and Colleen Fry (Steven) of Neosho; and his sisters, Violet King of Neosho, Avis Eads of Neosho, Leona Stout of Levaca and Nelvina Wright of Quapaw, OK. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
