He is survived by: his children, Gary Ethridge, Wanda Henthorne of Claycomo, MO, Wilma Worley of Independence, MO, Pamela Milliken of Independence, MO and Paula Wright of Independence, MO; and his siblings, Kenneth Ethridge, Don Ethridge, Glenn Ethridge, Ella Carter and Ruby Moss.
