He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foster and Ida Foster (Braaten); his wife Mabel Foster; and his siblings, Louis, Irene, Viola and Bernice.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Foster of LaCrosse, Roberta Foster of Neosho, Wesley Foster (Mary Ann) of King Salmon, Ala and William Foster (Rocio) of Naknek, Ala; his grandchildren, Sarah, Matthew and Thomas; and his siblings, David, Wilma and Alice.
