We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2019, at the age of 95, Ina Jane Horton (Neosho, Missouri), born in Plains, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harley Fulton and Elva Fulton; her spouse W. J. Horton, Jr. (Bill); her children, Bill Horton, Bella Morris and John Horton; her brothers, Tex Fulton and Charles Fulton; and her daughter Carol Morrison. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
