She is survived by: her children, Christina Middleton (Jamie) of Neosho, Jennifer Middleton of Neosho, Brian Fletcher (Christy) of Neosho, Leon Fletcher (Bobby) of Bentonville, AR and Michael Ford (Haven) of Bloutsville, AL; her sisters, Debby Alderman of Phoenix, AZ and Linda Henderson of Spur, TX; her grandchildren, Megan (Cody Dirteater), Jake (Jacci Ford), Emily (Dylan Dunn), Tyler (Tiffany Fletcher), Shelby (Bryton Black), Trenton Middleton, Lucas Ford, Nathan (Natalie Fletcher), Jordan George and Cody (Taylor McNary); and her great grandchildren, Gracie, Kinsley Fletcher, McKinley and Avery Black.
