She is survived by: her husband John Booth; her children, Dustin Masters (Christie), Joplin Hazelwood and Kelly Masters Hazelwood; her stepdaughter Tori Leigh Booth of Neosho; her sister Nadine Vaughan (Larry) of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Brandi Buchanan (Brandon), Christen Thomas (Dustin), Jett Martin and McKenzy Hazelwood; and her great grandchild Caleb Thomas.
