He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Jackson and Emma Ella Barnes (Robeson). He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Leal Barnes (Karen) of Denver, CO and David Barnes (Julie); and his granddaughter Mya Barnes of St. Louis, MO.
