He was predeceased by: his parent Dnelia Figueroa Rios; and his siblings, Ralphie Rios and Nellie Moreno. He is survived by: his father Jose Angel Rios, Sr.; his children, Stacey Thacker (Charles) of Noel, Jason Rios (Sharon) of Webb City and Enelia Dick (Paul) of Goodman; and his siblings, Johnny Rios, Steven Rios, Carlos Rivera, Carmelo Rios, Davis Rios, Dennis Rios, Jacqueline Carrasco and Norma Camacho. He is also survived by nine grandchildren with one on the way and six great grandchildren.
