He was predeceased by: his sister Tammy; and his grandchild Piper Artym. He is survived by: his significant other Rebecca Cartwright; his children, Thomas Artym, Lori Fisher of Saginaw and Robert Artym of Carthage, Missouri; his brothers, Rocky Artym of Avilla, Tyler Artym of Carthage and Shane Artym of Springfield, Missouri; his grandchildren, Joe Artym and Mikayla Artym; and his great grandchild Charlie Artym.
