He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sue Winchester; his children, Chad Murphy (Teresa) and Carrie Malone (Russell); his grandchildren, Whitney Roark (Chadlee), Ashley Patterson (Matt) and Levi Malone; his great grandchild Colt Roark; and his siblings, Judy Atkinson and Tom Murphy.
