She is survived by: her spouse Leonard "Blackie" VanSlyke; her children, Sanford VanSlyke and Janell of Neosho; her grandchildren, Mark, Penny, Tim, Terry, Adam, Beth, Julie, Jennifer, Jacob, Sara, Renee, Heather and Travis; and also, Maxine of Leonard, TX and Debbie Neighbor (Grover) of Springdale, AR.
