She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Willie Michael and Josie Michael (LeGrand); her daughters, Retha Gilmore (Greg) of Monett, MO and Mary Black (Tony) of Neosho, MO; her sister June Eberhard (Walter) of Inman, KS; and her son-in-law Gary Weems. She was also cherished by twenty-three grandchildren; twenty-nine great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
